2. Regulatory Status

Knectd operates within the regulatory frameworks of each jurisdiction in which it provides services. In the United Kingdom, our services are aligned with FCA Open Banking regulations. In the European Union, we comply with PSD2 directives. Our platform is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified for card processing.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to the Knectd platform, LynkAI Sentinel™ engine, APIs, mobile applications, and associated documentation, is wholly owned by Knectd LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Knectd materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability Limitations

Knectd LLC provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Knectd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

5. Governing Law

These legal terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For UK and EU operations, local regulatory requirements shall prevail where applicable.
